The act of giving gifts is truly one of the greatest experience. This type of exchange does not only benefit the receiver, but tags along the giver. On my family's upcoming visit, this fact gave me an idea to me to give them unique gifts.
I am already excited for the day they will arrive. I am aiming to give them the best thing available in the market. This will be my token for their help as I go through my pregnancy.
I got this idea of presenting them something historic that they can bring back home. I plan to give seven gifts for each of my family members to bring back home.

The American Craft Ribbon was an instant hit for my homemaker mother. The ribbon features special gloss and designs that are on both sides of the ribbon. She will find this very useful when she makes bouquets for brides. The ribbon would add more beauty to an already dashing bride.
A marquetry-designed box is what I desire to gift my soon-to-be married sister. I am sure she will be thrilled with this gift as mother plans to give her new jewelry for the wedding. I have chosen one with the most intricate design to showcase the beauty of the ancient art.
The great painter Sharma Shari is one of father's favorite painter. Her natural and beautiful depiction of America in her ancient masterpiece is what made her renowned. Dad could not take his eyes off it, even if it was a costly thing to bring back home.
A beautiful bronze sculpture of a dancer is another treasure worth giving. I chose something that is made from pure bronze and possesses a natural shine. This piece will definitely be admired for years.
A Christmas stocking was also put into the list of items they will be bringing back home for them to experience an authentic American holiday. I made sure that they are unique and captivating when it is displayed. This kind of Christmas stockings are hard to find back home that's why it is a perfect present.
It was such a nice and fulfilling experience to join my parents to shop in their very short stay. However, I know that my gifts will be enough for them to bring back items that are 100% American. These items will definitely evoke memories of their short stay with me.
